Looks like people will start caring about the Rolex 24 at Daytona again.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Here’s the best part:
United Autosports, owned by Alonso’s McLaren boss Zak Brown, will field a pair of LMP2 prototypes sourced from the leading French manufacturer Ligier, and both will be powered by a spec 4.5-liter V8 built by Gibson Technologies in England.

I’ve been sitting on that photoshop all morning, waiting for the front page to post a story about it.

Hopefully the LMP2s and the DPis are competitive at Daytona. It was the logical place for him to race given Brown’s ownership of United, but what a shame it’s going to be if he’s not going to get the chance to go wheel to wheel with the other ringers in the DPi field.

Much like Alonso has been sitting on that deck chair all morning.
